This option helps in defining the access restriction to be placed on a specific user in accordance with his roles and responsibility set by the management.

TRACK ORDER

This option enables the user to check & track the order raised by him in the system on the display panel of the TM POS System on the active dashboard screen which can be modified at a later stage before ending and closing the order.

MANAGEMENT REPORTS

This option provides user with management access to modify settings of product and product group management.
Various management reports can be generated to facilitate computation of commission payable to sales personnel as well as to evaluate effective internal control system in place.

Salesman / Operator revenue report

DATA RECOVERY

This option protects the user data by placing data protection capabilities such as backup & restore function to retrieve data in the event of data loss or when the data becomes corrupted.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

This option contains customer master which stores and maintains customer wise information from the bills raised in the system. This enables management in carrying out various marketing strategies such as customer loyalty program based on the consumption buffer of the customer.
